Oswalda Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin, is a supporting character as well as an antagonist in Batman: Caped Crusader.[1] She served as the primary antagonist of the episode "In Treacherous Waters".

The Penguin is shown to be a coldhearted criminal, even being willing to murder her own children if they dare to disobey her or if they snitch on her. She has a penchant for violence and a wicked sense of humor but is otherwise very smart and cunning.
Appearance[]
The Penguin is shown to be a curvy woman who, with her long, beaklike nose, muscular and roundish build, and formal attire, resembles a penguin. She is most often seen sporting a tuxedo with a top hat, and usually carries around an umbrella. She also wears red lipstick and a monocle over her right eye.
For parties she wears a purple dress.

Oswalda is a normal human and possesses no superhuman powers except, perhaps, being capable of extreme violence and unfeeling ruthlessness.
Equipment[]
Umbrella: Oswalda has an umbrella that she uses as a prop in her show and carries around like a cane or walking stick. It seems mundane but hides a retractable blade in its tip.
