Detective Arnold Flass is a supporting character as well as an antagonist during the first season of Batman: Caped Crusader. He served as the secondary antagonist of the season (alongside Harvey Bullock). Flass is a corrupt ex-detective of the Gotham City Police Department. He is now incarcerated at Blackgate Prison.

Early Life[]
Flass was a corrupt cop working for the GCPD, while informing for mob boss Rupert Thorne. He and his partner, Harvey Bullock are considered by many to be the two worst cops in Gotham. He personally shot and murdered Harvey Dent. Batman loses his temper and threatens to shoot Flass, but ultimately spares him, before knocking him out by punching him in the face.

Flass is corrupt, greedy, manipulative, and is not afraid to commit violence or murder to achieve his aims. He is extremely afraid of Batman when he threaten to shoot him for killing Harvey Dent.
Appearance[]
Flass is a tall man of dark complexion with short curly hair. He is most often seen wearing a hunter blue suit with matching fedora.
